  • Administrative: Overseeing staff assignments and organization, leave management, promotions, overtime, transfers, and receiving medical reports.
  • Issuing orders related to retirement, allowances, and leaves.
  • Granting maternity and childbirth leaves, issuing teaching assignment orders, and monitoring records.
  • Financial: Allocating financial resources, granting allowances, funding official travel advances, and issuing warning or failure notices.
  • Coordinating with departments regarding payment of lecturers’ entitlements and recommending investigations when necessary.
