Responsibilities
  • Receiving official correspondence addressed to the college from all state departments.
  • Distributing correspondence after being reviewed by the Dean.
  • Preparing official communications related to administrative matters.
  • Assigning official outgoing reference numbers to administrative correspondence.
  • Archiving and storing all incoming and outgoing official correspondence.
  • Organizing and tracking leave request forms for both employees and faculty members.
  • Following up on procedures for allowances, promotions, advancements, and the confirmation of contract and daily wage staff.
