Responsibilities
- Receiving official correspondence addressed to the college from all state departments.
- Distributing correspondence after being reviewed by the Dean.
- Preparing official communications related to administrative matters.
- Assigning official outgoing reference numbers to administrative correspondence.
- Archiving and storing all incoming and outgoing official correspondence.
- Organizing and tracking leave request forms for both employees and faculty members.
- Following up on procedures for allowances, promotions, advancements, and the confirmation of contract and daily wage staff.
